One address for everything. We read it ourselves and reply within the day, in English or French, and in Greek from Athens.
We take on very few apartments, in the cities where we already hold keys, and only when we would want to stay there ourselves. If yours has light, a street worth describing, and an owner who cares how it is treated, we would like to see it.
What we do: photograph it properly, write about it honestly, choose the guests, hand over the keys in person, look after the cleaning, the linen and the small repairs, and pay you monthly with a statement you can read. What we do not do: nightly pricing games, self check-in for strangers, or more than fourteen nights to anyone.
Our fee is a share of what the apartment earns, agreed before we start and never changed quietly. You keep the weeks you want for yourself.
The Quiet Address SAS, capital €00 000, RCS Paris 000 000 000, registered office 00 rue Duphot, 75001 Paris. Director of publication: [name]. VAT FR00 000000000. Hosted by [host], [address].
Each apartment is registered as a short-stay rental in its own city, and the registration numbers appear on the agreement we send you. Tourist tax is collected on behalf of each city and included in the quoted rate.
We keep what you send us — name, contact details, dates, and the passport number Greek law requires for stays in Athens — for the purpose of arranging your stay and for as long as the law obliges us to keep invoices. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to follow you around the internet. No tracking cookies; one functional cookie for language. Write to hello@thequietaddress.com to see, correct or delete what we hold.
Minimum four nights, maximum fourteen. A deposit of one third confirms the booking; the balance is due thirty days before arrival. Cancellation more than sixty days out: deposit returned. Closer: we re-let where we can and return what we recover. Check-in is in person from 4 pm, check-out by 11 am. Photographs on this site are of the actual apartments; the mediation body for consumer disputes is [médiateur].
