We do not run a platform. We keep a few apartments in cities we love, and we look after them the way you would look after a house you intend to grow old in. Each one is chosen for its light, its street, and the way it feels on the third morning.
The keys are handed over in person. Someone who lives in the city meets you at the door, walks you through the rooms, and tells you where to buy bread. After that, we stay a message away and otherwise leave you alone.
